Functions and Features
Crack/Wrinkle Evaluation (e.g. Dash Upper)
The accuracy of JSTAMP/NV is shown by comparing the results between virtual
simulation and actual try.(Courtesy of G-TEKT CORPORATION)
- Crack Evaluation
JSTAMP/NV accurately predicts the locations and sizes of two cracks. (JSTAMP/NV
shows thinning distribution.)

Crack Evaluation (e.g. Hood Inner)
By the comparison between JSTAMP/NV result and the actual try product,
it can be shown that JSTAMP/NV predicts accurately the location of crack
of the Hood Inner panel. Around hinge region shows over 30% of thinning
in the simulation. Actually, the crack is recognized at the same region
of the actual try product. This crack can be removed through the convinient
JSTAMP/NV features. Specially using in the re-analysis feature, the die
face geometry or product geometry can be substituted to the new ones partially
or totally.

Re-Analysis Function
Most of design changes can be controlled easilly through the Re-Analysis
Function in JSTAMP/NV. Design change anternatives are generally a blank
material, initial blank position and size, and geometries of dieface or
product. JSTAMP/NV Re-Analysis function gives a template that defines design
changes above mentioned. These changes can be checked conveniently using
another powerful function, Process Comparison, in JSTAMP/NV.
Material Database
The material database of JSTAMP/NV provides more than 100 material types
including high strength steel sheet and aluminum sheet as the standard
database. Also, the test results by user can be added to the JSTAMP/NV
material database easily. In case of unsufficient material data, the simulation
could start immediately using JSTAMP/NV material database. JSTAMP/NV material
database is being renewed progressively.
Hierarchical Management of Material Database
Not only master material data but also the user material data can be managed
by the user.
